Bangkok Patina Swim Meet and Run

I am loving the swim coaching and this year we have may more swim competitions which are a half a day of fun and craziness. Here's a peek into one at the British school, Bangkok Patina. The kids line up lanewise and moved ahead until it's their turn to swim. It was fantastic since some of the kids were only about 6 and they put spotters in the water for safety.

On the way home, we stopped at a mall and saw a very Thai-style advertisement campaign for yogurt.

The nest day we headed to a part of the city we have never been to where there is a park (Ancient Siam) that has replicas of many important sites in Thailand. It was also put on by Bangkok Patina School so saw some familiar faces. While interesting for a run, it's not really worth the trip back. Fun morning though.

Aerobics is huge here and they often have a group warmup like this one.

My best supporter.

We were only three runners today but many are training for a big trip to Ankor Wat, Cambodia in December where I think we might be 15 runners.
